ALL THAT REMAINS Films 'Two Weeks' Video

September 23, 2008

Massachusetts metallers ALL THAT REMAINS recently filmed a video for the song "Two Weeks" with director Darren Doane (DEFTONES, UNEARTH, DARKEST HOUR). The track comes off the group's new album, "Overcome", which is on track to sell around 28,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to Hits Daily Double, the companion web site of music industry tip sheet HITS.

"Overcome" was released on September 16 through Prosthetic Records.

Having recently wrapped up a stint on the Vans Warped Tour, ALL THAT REMAINS just kicked off a co-headlining tour with TRIVIUM which will continue through mid-October before the band jumps aboard a full North American tour as direct support to IN FLAMES alongside GOJIRA and 36 CRAZYFISTS.

Headbanger's Blog recently talked to ALL THAT REMAINS lead singer Phil Labonte about the eclectic songwriting on "Overcome", the emphasis on melody and the band's experience working with producer Jason Suecof. In the process, Labonte addressed the current economic climate, the basic code of morality mankind seems to have forgotten and the misconception that ALL THAT REMAINS is a Christian metal band. You can stream the interview below.

ALL THAT REMAINS' last album, "The Fall of Ideals", has sold 176,000 copies in the United States since its July 2006 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
